Smoothies with a lot of sugar might taste great and give you a temporary energy boost, but they won’t keep you full for long. Instead, you’ll experience a sugar crash and feel fatigued soon after drinking them.
Alternative?
It’s better to make smoothies with balanced ingredients, including vegetables, a moderate amount of fruit, and sources of protein like Greek yogurt or nuts to provide lasting energy.
