9 Exercises For A Flat Stomach

Here’s the solution guys – this 10-minute workout is a great option to get quick and effective results. The workout consists of 9 exercises with a 10-second break between each one. Do it daily, and you’ll soon have abs to be proud of.

This exercise targets both your abs and back.

Lie on your back and rotate your hips in circles, first one way, then the other. Keep your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Make sure to keep your abs tight throughout. As you press your lower back down, exhale; as you lift it, inhale. Keep your chest and hips flat on the ground. Do this for 1 minute.
