Lie on your back and lift your legs at a 45-degree angle. Raise your head and shoulder blades, placing your hands behind your head. Bend your knees and pull them toward your chest, wrapping your arms around them. Then straighten your legs again and put your hands back behind your head. Keep your abs tight throughout.
