Beverly Salmon passed away peacefully on October 9, 2020, in her home in Sherwood Park, Alberta. She was 95 years old.
Beverly is survived by her four children, ten grandchildren, and eighteen great grandchildren. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Beverly was an avid gardener, an excellent seamstress, and a devoted animal lover. She loved going for walks in the nearby park with her beloved dog, Rusty.
Beverly also enjoyed traveling, having visited every province in Canada, and even ventured to England and Holland. Her favourite trips were to visit family in British Columbia and Alberta.
Beverly will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Beverley had a great passion for education which drove her throughout her life. She graduated from the University of South Florida with an undergraduate degree in education and went on to receive a Masters in Environmental Education from Antioch University. After graduating, Beverley dedicated her career to teaching and developing environmental programs in her community. She worked for a local non-profit organization, helping to raise awareness and develop public policy surrounding the importance of environmental protection.
Outside of her professional career, Beverley had a great love for her family. She was a loving mother of two and a grandmother to four, and she cherished her time spent with them. She was very active in her community and was always willing to lend a helping hand.
Beverley was known for her dedication to environmental conservation and education. Her work will continue to leave a lasting legacy in her community. She will be remembered for her passion and commitment to the protection of the environment.
Beverley is survived by her two children, four grandchildren, numerous friends, and family. Her friends and family continue to remember her fondly and celebrate her life.
