The application works as a digital version of the voter registration card, allowing you to view the number of your voting document, justify your vote, consult your information with the Electoral Court, among other resources. Application Registration
To get started, go to the Play Store or App Store and download the app. Then follow the steps below:
- Fill in your basic data
Open the app and, after reading the terms of use, click on “ Continue ”; include information such as name and affiliation and tap “ Enter E-title ”; - Answer the questions correctly
The system will generate three fields of questions referring to your registration data to confirm your identity. Select the correct question and click “ Next” until you reach the end of the questionnaire. If you make a mistake, another field will be generated with questions different from the ones you made the mistake; - Create a password
Enter a 6-digit sequence and repeat it in the field below; then click on “ Confirm password ”.
Basic information such as your name, voter registration number, electoral zone and polling station are on the main page of the application under “ E-título ”. The app also has a QR Code for validation in your constituency.
If you have registered your biometrics , your photo will appear in the application along with other information. If you have not yet included your fingerprint in the Electoral Justice system, the app will not include an image. Therefore, to vote with the e-Titulo, you must also present a photo ID.
How to issue Nothing is an electoral criminal
In the “ More Options ” field, located in the lower left corner, it is possible to find other resources, including the certificate “Nothing contained in electoral criminal proceedings”.
The document serves to prove that the voter does not have a current electoral crime record. It can be issued at a service station or by E-title. Here’s how to do it using the app:
- Go to “More Options”
Select “ More Options ” in the lower left corner; - Issue your certificate
Click on “ No electoral criminal record ”; to save, click the share icon at the top of the screen and choose the desired folder.

Finally, it is important to note that the e-Título also has a notification field in which the Electoral Justice shares various information about the electoral process in the country, alerts about fake news and more functions.

Why can’t I download the app?
According to the Superior Electoral Court, e-Titulo is not available on Android phones with versions lower than 6.0, as these are more vulnerable to malicious software. So, if you can’t download the app, check your operating system version to confirm if this is the problem.
Is the print reader title still valid?
Yes, the printed voter registration card is still valid, but remember that to vote with it, you need to present a photo ID (such as RG or driver’s license).
