I started thinking about founding RealAge in 2006, shortly after I retired from my position as Vice President for Strategy at Colgate-Palmolive Company. At Colgate-Palmolive Company, I had been responsible for developing the company’s strategy around products and services aimed at older adults. I recognized early on that there was an opportunity to create a company that could provide individuals with important age-related information and advice. So, when I retired from Colgate-Palmolive Company, I started working on creating RealAge as a way to fulfill that opportunity.
