In addition, DTM reported that the tests started late in the Namangan region due to the noise . According to him, on August 10, in the 1st shift, the test began at 07:00 in all regions except Namangan region.
Due to incessant rain in Namangan region, the applicants were subjected to all inspections and placed in covered places protected from rain.
As soon as the rain stopped, they were put in place and the test started at the following times:
- at the Barkamol Avlod sports complex (sector 1) — at 08:13;
- at Dynamo Stadium (sector 2) — at 08:20;
- Navbahor-Umid stadium (sector 3) at 08:00.
Tests in all regions will last a full 3 hours from the start.
