Mytmoclaim Com: T-Mobile Premium Handset Protection, provided by Assurant is the first T-Mobile branded insurance product. It protects your phone in the event it’s lost or stolen and offers two levels of protection: $10 deductible and $25 deductible.
It works when you opt in, which means you have to enroll in order to use it. When you enroll, we’ll ask you some questions about your device and other important information that will help us determine your eligibility for coverage. If eligible, we’ll provide an enrollment kit with instructions on how to complete enrollment online as well as other important details about this coverage.
This program provides benefits only if you’ve made a claim under another insurance policy first (such as homeowner’s or renter’s insurance) because that carrier may be responsible for providing those benefits.

Tracking a Claim
Claim status is the first step to getting the protection you need. You can check your claim status by logging into your online account or calling the number on your T-Mobile Premium Handset Protection, provided by Assurant® policy documents.

Enroll in coverage for new T-Mobile customers
You can enroll in coverage for new T-Mobile customers at Mytmoclaim Com, or by calling 1-800-937-8997.
To activate your coverage, you’ll need your T-Mobile account number, phone number and information about the device you want to verify with us. Once we’ve verified your device, we’ll send you an email confirmation with a link to activate Advanced Device Protection Plus.

The premium handset protection plan is available for up to 2 years and covers loss, theft, accidental damage and mechanical or electrical breakdown. The program pays out up to $200 per claim with no deductible. There’s also no limit on the number of claims you can file each year, as long as they don’t exceed $1,500 per claim if coverage is purchased for theft.
